Frank Salem, Senior Portfolio Manager
Frank Salem is a managing director and senior portfolio manager with responsibilities for liability-driven investment portfolio strategies at Columbia Management Investment Advisers, LLC (CMIA). Mr. Salem joined the firm in 2007 from U.S. Trust and has been a member of the investment community since 1978.
Prior to joining U.S. Trust in 1998, Mr. Salem was a director and senior portfolio manager in the fixed-income group at Mackay Shields.
Mr. Salem received a B.S. from Canisius College and an M.B.A. from Columbia University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and former director of the National Futures/Options Society and has lectured at the New York Institute of Finance.
