Josh Kapp is a senior analyst for fundamental research covering stocks in the basic materials sector at Columbia Management Investment Advisers, LLC. Mr. Kapp joined the firm in 2005 and has been a member of the investment community since 1985.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kapp was an investment officer and senior equity analyst at CUNA Mutual Group. Previously, he was a director and equity analyst at Citigroup Asset Management, a director and equity analyst with CIBC Oppenheimer, a senior equity analyst with Smith Barney and a financial analyst with Covia Partnership. Mr. Kapp started his career in the futures industry.
Mr. Kapp earned a B.S. from The Ohio State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. He is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
